We are looking for a Small Animal Vet with a strong interest in surgery, ideally with a certificate in small animal surgery to join our friendly and supportive team
This role would take the lead in orthopaedic and soft tissue advanced procedures. Experience with fracture fixation and cruciate ligament surgery is essential. An interest in arthroscopy would be useful.
We have all the equipment you would need for complex surgeries including
TTA and TPLO
Storz laparoscopy, endoscopy and arthroscopy equipment.
We will be installing a fantastic Qalibra CT scanner in the near future which will have a dedicated orthopaedic theatre attached.
Our 17 small animal vets generate a wide variety of interesting surgery cases and we have our own overnight facilities for post op care.

How You’ll Make a Difference
As a Primary Care Veterinary Surgeon, you’ll work collaboratively with the wider practice team to deliver a high standard of patient and client care across a varied and rewarding caseload.
You’ll continue to develop your clinical skills and interests while sharing your knowledge and experience with colleagues, contributing positively to the clinical culture of the practice. You’ll be an integral member of the clinical team, delivering excellent care and supporting the ongoing development of those around you.
Our typical full-time role is
4 days a week, with our OOH rota shared evenly across a large team. Currently, this is 1 in 15 nights and 1 in 7 weekends, but we’re open to discussions on how we can make this work for you.
