De Montfort Veterinary Hospital are an RCVS-accredited practice that’s located in the growing market town of Evesham. The team consists of 4 FTE vets, 7.5 FTE RVNs and 1 SVN. In addition to De Montfort’s clinical staff, they’re supported by an outstanding support team who play a vital role in helping to maintain the highest standards of care.
The hospital is a Veterinary Nurse training centre, an ISFM Cat Friendly Clinic (Gold Award) and an RWAF Clinic (Silver Award). The clinical team brings together a diverse range of certificate holders and areas of special interest, including medicine, dentistry, ECC, surgery, feline nursing and behavioural work. You can expect all the equipment and technology you'd find in a modern hospital including: digital X-ray, dental X-ray, ultrasound, endoscopy, and IDEXX analysers, to name just a few.

How You’ll Make a Difference
As a Primary Care Veterinary Surgeon, you’ll work collaboratively with the wider practice team to deliver a high standard of patient and client care across a varied and rewarding caseload.
You’ll continue to develop your clinical skills and interests while sharing your knowledge and experience with colleagues, contributing positively to the clinical culture of the practice. You’ll be an integral member of the clinical team, delivering excellent care and supporting the ongoing development of those around you.
Your duties will include:
Taking charge of your own clinical caseload, which will involve a well-balanced caseload of surgery & medicine
Supporting the wider team to ensure that the highest standards of practice are always maintained
Flexibility that actually works for you
We understand that life happens outside of the clinic. We are committed to helping you find a rhythm that works, whether that’s a fixed rota or something more bespoke.
A typical full-time role would involve working 40 hours per week, over a 4 day week
Additionally, there’s the 1:4 Saturday mornings (08:30 – 13:00)
There’s no out of hours or bank holidays required

A Veterinary degree and registration (or eligibility to register) with the RCVS
