Join Ardene — First-Opinion Practice, Hospital-Level Facilities, Real Clinical Freedom

Are you a vet who wants more than the typical first-op role, but not quite the constraints of a full referral environment?

Ardene offers the perfect step between a standard first-opinion position and a referral role. We’re a busy, well-established clinic with hospital-level facilities and 24/7 OOH support from Vets Now, and we’re looking for two passionate vets to join our team:

  • A vet with an Internal Medicine interest
  • A vet with an Exotics interest

  • We have a loyal, diverse, and highly engaged client base that actively seeks advanced care and high-standard treatment. This means you’ll have the opportunity to fully work up your cases, run thorough investigations, and treat with genuine clinical freedom, all with the trust and support of our clients.

For the exotics-focused vet, there is genuine scope to develop both medicine and surgery, with the ability to use our advanced diagnostics — including CT — for investigations across all species. Dentistry is also a strong and growing area, offering excellent scope to develop your skills and caseload.

    Our facilities include:

  • CT
  • Laparoscopy
  • CR
  • Endoscopy
  • Ultrasound
  • Full in-house laboratory
  • Dental X-rays
  • 24/7 on-site OOH care provided by Vets Now

  • What we offer:

  • Full-time position at Ardene is 35 hours per week,  we are open to part time positions or flexible pattern roles.
  • Salary dependent on experience
  • Strong support for certificate study and advanced clinical interests.
  • Standard IVC benefits.

  • If you have a passion for Internal Medicine, Exotics, — or hold a Certificate and want to continue developing your expertise — Ardene is the ideal environment to grow, progress, and practise at a higher clinical level.
