We are looking for a Veterinary Surgeon to join our established small animal practice in Chatham, where realistic workloads, strong team support, and flexibility are part of day-to-day life and not marketing slogans. 
 

The Role at a Glance 

 
  • No out-of-hours 
  • 1:3 Saturday mornings only 
  • Full-time or part-time considered 
  • Genuine flexibility around working hours and patterns 
  • Typical full-time hours are worked over 5 days per week, with a mix of: 
  • Early shifts: 8:00am – 4:30pm 
  • Late shifts: 11:00am – 7:30pm 
  • Condensed hours adjusted start/finish times, and patterns to suit personal commitments can all be discussed.

    Conveniently located just off the M20 and commutable from London in under an hour, Easipetcare Chatham is a deceptively spacious and well-equipped practice, including: 
     
  • 4 consult rooms 
  • Separate patient wards 
  • Dedicated X-ray and ultrasound room

  • We support a stable and loyal client base, allowing for continuity of care and sensible case management.

    You will be working alongside: 
  • 2.5 FTE Veterinary Surgeons 
  • 3.5 RVNs 
  • 1 SVN 
  • 5 Receptionists 
  • Practice Director 
  • Practice Manager

    The practice is led by an experienced, clinically focused leadership team who prioritise support, communication, and sustainability.
