We are looking for a Veterinary Surgeon to join our team here at Hawthorne Lodge. You will work as a first-opinion Vet providing medical and surgical care to our patients. Your duties will include the full spectrum of consultations, diagnostics, and surgery. The role includes some Saturday commitments covering a half day on a rota basis, while there are no Sundays, Bank Holidays or Out of Hours.

Hawthorne Lodge Veterinary Surgery is a first-opinion small animal practice located in Banbury. The practice is located within easy reach of Oxford and the beautiful Cotswolds.

Equipped to deliver outstanding client and patient care, Hawthorne Lodge offers a comprehensive suite of services, including laparoscopic spays, endoscopy, dentistry & dental X-ray, ultrasound and specialized clinics. We have 5 consulting rooms, 3 operating theatres, 2 isolation wards and separate waiting rooms for cats and dogs. Our team comprises 6 Vets, 5 RVNs, and 2 SVNs, supported by a dedicated reception team and a practice director. We pride ourselves in our client care and communication, which is largely because we are keen to provide continuity of care.
