At inspiring vet care, our people are at the heart of everything we do. As the UK’s number one vet care provider, we're trusted with the care of over 2 million animals, delivering our purpose of healthier animals and happier owners.
Lockwood Vets, Bearwood is currently looking for a Veterinary Surgeon to join our team on a permanent basis. This is an exciting time to join us following a period of growth across the Lockwood brand.
Our committed and supportive leadership team is looking for an experienced clinician who can help shape the future of the Bearwood practice. If you are confident working in a sole-charge environment and enjoy building strong client relationships, this could be the ideal next step in your career.
How You’ll Make a Difference
As a Veterinary Surgeon, you’ll work collaboratively with the wider practice team to deliver a high standard of patient and client care across a varied and rewarding caseload.
You’ll continue to develop your clinical skills and interests while sharing your knowledge and experience with colleagues, contributing positively to the clinical culture of the practice. You’ll be an integral member of the clinical team, delivering excellent care and supporting the ongoing development of those around you.
At Bearwood, the caseload is predominantly routine and includes consultations, neutering and dental procedures. More complex cases are typically referred to our Rosewood branch. However, if you have the experience and clinical capability to manage these cases, we are happy to support keeping more procedures in-house.
