When you join us as an ECC Vet, you’ll have access to dedicated training, mentoring and development opportunities, supported by experienced ECC clinicians. You’ll also benefit from our AdvantEdge programme, helping you build your knowledge and confidence in emergency and critical care through practical training and flexible case-based learning.

Seven weeks pro rata annual leave
Private medical insurance
Up to 50% discounted staff pet care
£1,500 CPD allowance plus 35 paid hours pro rata
