We are looking for a Registered Veterinary Nurse to join our friendly, hardworking team at Framlingham Vets on a full-time basis, working 1 in 4 Saturdays. Being a Registered Veterinary Nurse at Framlingham Vets, you will be an active member of the clinical team. Supporting the vets in the treatment of sick and injured animals. Utilising your skills of your qualification, carrying out nurse clinics and all nursing duties in a single site small animal practice.
Framlingham is a quaint historic town in Suffolk, it is known for being one of the most desirable places to live in the country and it is more famous for its beautiful Castle which towers over the town (and more recently for Ed Sheeran!). Our practice is small animal only, operating over 6 days. The building is purpose-built, modern and spacious. We have separate dog and cat kennels. We run a range of nurse-run consultations including geriatric pet, weight control, travel and dental clinics. We have a full complement of support staff plus an experienced practice manager. We are looking for a friendly member of staff who would fit in well within our small team. Good communication skills are a must as well as great customer skills and nursing skills. Specific interests will be encouraged.
