Embark on a journey to deliver outstanding clinical excellence at The Veterinary Clinic. In this pivotal role, you will play an integral part in providing exceptional care to our beloved pets and their dedicated owners. Your responsibilities will encompass maintaining impeccable communication through both verbal and written means, utilising our state-of-the-art PMS for patient records, prescriptions, and lab reporting. 
 
Moreover, you will engage in in-depth discussions with clients regarding their pet's progress, treatment alternatives, and associated costs. While upholding our commitment to compliance with legal obligations, you will align your practice with the highest standards outlined in the RCVS Code of Professional Conduct. You should have the confidence to work sole charge to cover our other vet on their day off and on annual leave, the rest of the time will be shared charge. 4 x 10 hour shifts over 4 days with one day off per week. There is no weekend or out of hours work associated with this role. We can provide accommodation FOC for three months as part of the relocation package.

The Veterinary Clinic Erdington is based in the North of Birmingham, which is the youngest city in Europe with more Michelin restaurants than any other city in the UK apart from London and a thriving music scene, multicultural Brum really is the place to be! There are also more miles of canals than in Venice!

Our group of PSS accredited clinics have been established both independently and as part of our TVC group for well over 30 years and many staff are still with us. Each of our clinics have designated nursing Branch Leads to allow you to concentrate on being a Vet although management opportunities are available. TVC Erdington has ultrasonography, Idexx Catalyst, digital x-ray and hospital facilities available.

Our main vet at Edington has over 30 years experience, we have 3 RVN's, with 15 years plus experience each, 1 SVN, 2 VCA's one with over 15 years experienced, so the support staff have over 95 years experience between them.
We are proud to be a friendly GP team with good local knowledge of the area and our clients and their pets.
