We are looking for a Veterinary Surgeon to join our dedicated team here at Lynton House Vets. We are open to you being based at our Addlestone branch, or between our Addlestone and Woking branches. We pride ourselves on providing an excellent service to our clients and their pets and take care of a varied caseload.

The role will involve a mix of consulting and surgery. We also offer excellent progression opportunities, offering you the opportunity to support the CD and be involved with the financial aspect of the business, as well with the ongoing development of the team and practice. There may also be the opportunity for the right candidate to progress to Clinical Director level in the future.

Rota patterns that work for you 

This is a Full-Time position, offering the opportunity to enjoy a superb work/life balance with a 4-day week, no out of hours, 2:6 weekends (Saturday shifts are from 8:00am-4:00pm and 9.00am to 12.00pm). We want to make it easy for you to strike the right balance therefore we are happy to discuss a flexible rota pattern to suit you. Whether you are looking to fix or flex or are needing condensed working days, we are happy to discuss. We would also welcome Part Time applicants.

Our progressive practice - brand new, purpose-built

We are a long established, Small Animal Veterinary Group based in Woking, Bagshot and Addlestone. As a progressive practice we recently relocated to our brand new, purpose-built practice in Woking, and continue to invest to refurbish and equip our other 2 practices to the same high standard. The practice maintains state of the art clinical equipment such dental radiography, Virtual Veterinary equipment (VVS) ultrasound scanners, anaesthetic multiparameter and patient warming equipment. We also have a purpose-built grooming salon at our main site. We have a loyal client base and a gold standard reputation across the local community. We have great transport links to London and the beauty and history of Surrey on our doorstep ready to explore.

Our 7 Veterinary Surgeons are supported by a great team of 9 Registered Veterinary Nurses, 2 Student Veterinary Nurses, 3 Animal Care Assistants and experienced Receptionists across the Group. Our CD has an interest in soft tissue surgery and is happy to assist other vets with new procedures. The management team are very experienced and work continuously to provide an environment where all staff feel valued, listened to and provided with a developmental pathway. The team is friendly and supportive throughout and ensuring the mental and physical well-being of all staff is a high priority for those in leadership and management roles.
