Follow these simple steps to help you get the most from your partnership and allow us to create a seamless experience for you when you arrive in Birmingham.

1. Take a look at the floorplan below and complete the stand booking form to secure your place
2. Download the exhibitor manual
3. Download the Cameron Event Logistics information and return your nameboard booking form by 18 April, along with any additional items you would like to order for your stand

Our exhibition space is split over two adjoining spaces, Kings and Palace, and combined with our Support Zone (hosted by representatives from across our central support functions). In addition to refreshment breaks and lunches being served in these rooms, a passport style competition ensures we deliver lots of exposure and footfall for our partners.

The exhibitor manual contains everything you need to know ahead of the event, including a skeleton agenda, stand and delivery information.

You can order items such as carpet, bespoke graphics, additional electrics, and furniture through our exhibition build partner, Cameron Event Logistics.
 

For our shell scheme exhibitors, a nameboard is included in your package. Please ensure you order this by 18 April.
