Voiced by broadcaster Anita Rani, the new TV advert introduces inspiring vet care to millions of UK pet owners.
inspiring vet care, the UK's largest veterinary group, has unveiled its first ever television advert under the group's new consumer brand - filmed with real vets and practice teams.
The 30-second advert was filmed with colleagues at Lime Trees Vets and Blaise Veterinary Referral Hospital. By featuring real vets and local practice teams, the advert seeks to reflect the day-to-day expertise, compassion and collaboration behind veterinary care.
The new ad forms part of the rollout of the group's new consumer brand across more than 900 practices in the UK, which continue to operate under their familiar local names while now sitting under the shared inspiring vet care identity.
The advert is voiced by broadcaster Anita Rani, who is also fronting a new social media series for inspiring vet care, helping pet owners recognise care gaps and understand the value of preventative care. The series will follow Anita as she spends time with practice teams for a day in the life of a vet, alongside podcast-style episodes exploring topics such as vaccination and hidden dental disease, and the role of regular health checks and Pet Health Club in catching problems early.
The advert will premiere during The Voice on ITV1 on 29 August, before running across ITV, Channel 4 and Sky and video-on-demand services including ITVX, Channel 4 Streaming, Sky, Amazon Prime Video, Netflix, Disney+ and HBO Max, targeting ABC1 adults and pet owners throughout autumn 2026.
Richard Cristofoli, Chief Marketing Officer at inspiring vet care, said: "Brands aren't defined by logos, they're defined by experiences - and this tv ad is about showcasing the experience we offer to pet owners across the UK. By featuring our own trusted veterinary professionals and meaningful real-life storytelling, we're helping people understand the expertise, compassion, collaborative and preventative care that sits at the heart of our brand and recognising the teams who deliver it every day."
Anita Rani said: "I've joined forces with inspiring vet care to help pet owners feel more confident about looking after their pet's health. Spending time with the local practice teams - from a day in the life of a vet to sitting in on real treatments - showed me just how much expertise and care goes into every visit, often for things pets are very good at hiding. That's exactly what I wanted to bring to life in this series: the everyday knowledge and reassurance that's there for pet owners, whenever they need it."
