Q2 2026 Regional & SOC Brilliant People winners revealed

March 02, 2026

Ahead of Employee Appreciation Day this Friday we're thrilled to share the latest round of Regional and SOC Brilliant People winners for Q2 FY26.

Our Brilliant People Awards celebrate the individual achievements of our practice and support colleagues, demonstrating how our people bring our values of We Care, We Dare, We Share to life.

This round honours 44 winners across our UK practices, and UK and Group Support teams. Congratulations to everyone winning an award this quarter!

National Brilliant People Awards

Next quarter, the annual National Brilliant People Awards will replace the regional awards for practice colleagues. Entries will open shortly, with annual winners to be announced at the UK Leaders’ Forum in May.

For UK and Group SOC, the Regional Brilliant People Awards will continue as normal in Q3.

Below you can read about some of the incredible work our colleagues did to achieve their awards:

Emma Suddes, Digital Content Executive, Group SOC – We Care

Through her work with the Wellness Group, Emma played a key role in strengthening employee support, helping to create a more open, compassionate, and supportive workplace culture.

She continues to be a vocal and trusted advocate for mental wellbeing across the company, ensuring that wellbeing is not treated as a one-off initiative but as an ongoing priority. Emma goes above and beyond to support her teammates, regularly checking in, listening without judgement, and encouraging others to seek help when needed.

Jenni Gretton, Inpatient Team Lead, Scarsdale Vets – We Dare

Jenni is an exceptional nurse and an outstanding leader within her team. She brings a wealth of experience that enables her to consistently deliver the highest standard of patient care while also actively supporting the professional development of her immediate team, the wider multidisciplinary team, and veterinary students rotating from Nottingham University.

Despite maintaining a consistently demanding workload, Jenni always makes time to support colleagues who may be struggling. Her compassionate and empathetic approach allows her to recognise when someone needs support—even when they may not actively seek it themselves.

Jasmine Davies, Student Veterinary Nurse, Holmefield Vets – We Share

Jasmine is mature beyond her years and has a natural instinct to look after those around her. She is always thinking ahead about how she can support the team and ensure the highest standard of care for both animals and people.

Recently, during a particularly challenging time when two RVNs were off sick, Jasmine stepped up. She confidently completed discharges and carried out RVN consultations she was competent to perform, ensuring patients continued to receive safe, compassionate care and clients felt supported.
