IVC Evidensia achieves Workplace Wellbeing Charter accreditation

December 22, 2025

IVC Evidensia is delighted to announce that their colleague wellbeing efforts have been officially recognised and accredited through the Workplace Wellbeing Charter.

The Workplace Wellbeing Charter is an accreditation standard awarded by Health at Work that recognises organisations who are committed to improving colleague wellbeing in the workplace. Achieving this accreditation is therefore a significant milestone in delivering on our people promise of being a great place to work.

The Workplace Wellbeing assessment

As part of the assessment, a workplace wellbeing expert was invited to work alongside IVC Evidensia’s Colleague Experience team. They reviewed the full range of their mental and physical health resources and explored different areas of the business that come together to influence wellbeing at work, including leadership, absence management, health and safety, culture, inclusion and sustainability.

Alongside resources, they looked at how IVC Evidensia engages its teams across the UK through colleague surveys and how they share the support available.

Workplace Wellbeing Charter feedback

The feedback received by IVC Evidensia highlighted the breadth of wellbeing support they provide to colleagues across the UK. Health at Work recognised how IVC Evidensia champions open discussion, offers flexible working policies, and fosters teamwork and inclusivity. Their mental health support and resources were also ranked highly for accessibility.

Growing wellbeing in the workplace

Reflecting on the achievement, Becky Blackmore, Wellbeing Champion Executive Sponsor said:

“I'm so proud of the developments we've made to continually improve the support on offer to all our colleagues. We're not finished here though – we want to continue to develop the resources we offer and ensure every colleague knows where they can get support when they need it.”

Following this accreditation, IVC Evidensia will review their assessment feedback to identify where workplace wellbeing initiatives can be developed. They will also continue to work closely with Health at Work over the next two years to expand their approach to wellbeing in the workplace, while prioritising colleague feedback to ensure industry-leading resources, tools and support are in place.
