In this role, you will enjoy a perfect balance between consulting and operating on a variety of routine and occasional urgent cases, ensuring a dynamic and engaging workday. This is a sole charge role, but you will receive the full support of our trained and experienced nursing colleagues, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care to each patient that walks through our doors. we work closely as a veterinary team across the 3 sites to share ideas and discuss cases so there is always support available. We're offering a welcome bonus of up to £5000 (pro rata) for new hires, as well as relocation support of up to £5000 for those that require it.

Whether you are looking to fix or flex your work patterns, we can find the right solution for you. We're happy to accommodate a 4 day or 5 day working week depending on your preference. A full-time role would involve working 40 hours per week. 

About us 


As part of our close-knit team, you will be working alongside 5 Veterinary Surgeons, 5 Registered Veterinary Nurses, and a supportive Reception Team across our three clinic sites. Our team is diverse, with clinicians interested in imaging, exotics, ophthalmology, and small animal medicine. This collaborative environment allows for continuous growth and learning, providing you with the opportunity to expand your skill set. We Have regular clinical club meetings which take place during the working day, and are a chance for our vets to collaborate on cases and share knowledge and experience. We have all the kit and equipment that you’d expect to find in a modern practice with  an In house laboratory, ultrasound, digital radiography, K-laser and much more!

A lovely area to live and work


The practice has all the perks of both rural and city living. It is less than half an hour to conveniences in Gloucester and Cheltenham, but you also get to enjoy being surrounded by countryside. The area is very popular for equestrian activities, countryside walks and rural activities like shooting. The local schools are "outstanding" and it is a very popular area for new housing and local infrastructure.
