Veterinary Surgeon
easipetcare Reading
Salary up to £65,000 DOE plus up to £5,000 Welcome Bonus and up to £5,000 Relocation Allowance plus Visa Sponsorship

We are looking for a Veterinary Surgeon to join us here at Reading and work alongside our highly experienced, dedicated team. Given our varied and diverse caseload, we can accommodate a Veterinary Surgeon with either a surgical or medical bias.

Fix or flex – work life balance that works for you

We would welcome both full and part time applicants. Typically, this position is full time over 5 days per week, working a combination of early shifts (8am-4.30pm) and late shifts (11am – 7.30pm), with 1:3 Saturdays and no OOH (when you work a Saturday, you gain a day in lieu). Our people are at the heart of everything that we do, that’s why we know that work-life balance is vital in supporting our people to be their best selves. Whether you are looking for hours around rush hour, a four-day week, or reduced working days/hours, we can fix or flex our patterns to suit you.

Our practice

At easipetcare Reading, we pride ourselves on offering high quality vet care at prices affordable to all. We are an RCVS accredited, first opinion practice and we are conveniently situated in the lovely high street of Woodley – just a 10-minute walk to and from the train station, with easy links to London.

Our modern facilities

Our practice is large and modern with 4 consult rooms; a dedicated x-ray and ultrasound room and a large modern theatre and prep room.

Find a supportive team and a world of opportunity with us

Our practice is a 3-Vet team with 3 RVNs, 2 SVNs and 5 supporting team members. Our Head Vet is completing a certificate in Soft Tissue Surgery and our Practice Manager is completing a medical nursing certificate. This is a unique opportunity to work in a supportive environment that offers the scope for further development in your chosen area of interest.
